During the whole establishment process of offshore wind farms, it is necessary to have a sufficient well-understanding of site environment and get well-prepared to undertake an evaluation. The survey team of IOVTEC is equipped with multibeam echosounder, which could be installed at fixed points underwater, and carry out long-term monitoring. Therefore, we provide underwater environmental survey, hydrographic survey, and seafloor mapping. Through analyzing current velocity, current direction and the change of water temperature, and drift sand drift direction and particle size distribution characteristics, etc., we are able to collect required information about the environmental condition of offshore windfarm.
