On March 24, Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha (NYK) invested in International Ocean Vessel Technical Consultant (IOVTEC Co., Ltd.). IOVTEC is collectively known as IOG (International Ocean Group) along with its subsidiary companies.
