Company Official English Name Change

Established from 2013, IOVTEC makes efforts to build the local offshore wind supply chain and keeps creating more outstanding offshore wind track records everywhere in Taiwan.

We sincerely appreciate the care and support from every customer, vendor and business partner to our company. Starting from 1^st. Jan. 2022, to meet the needs of our internal operation and development, our English company name will change from the original “International Ocean Vessel Technical Consultant Co., Ltd.”  to “IOVTEC Co., Ltd.”. The new English company name has already updated in the system of Bureau of Foreign Trade, MOEA, which means our new name will also affect the hereinafter procedures such as bank account name, custom clearance, and contract signing etc., which related to our English company name. This change only simply related to our English company name. The original Chinese company name, uniform company number, address (including invoice address and business address), person in charge of IOVTEC, bank account number, telephone number and fax will remain unchanged.
