Dividend Policy
In order to enlarge scale, increase profit, and align long term financial strategies, while taking into account relevant laws and regulations, the company shall adopt a residual dividend policy. In its principle, dividends shall constitute no less than 40% of current remaining distributable earnings, which is calculated in accordance to regulations, giving the company flexibility to reserve necessary capital to carry out operational strategies while designating the remaining surplus as cash dividends.
